I was once told to write your Vision down and make it very short so it would be simple and quick to read.  What?  I think if one gets a Vision he or she should share what that Vision is regardless of how long it may take to read or write.

 I remember visiting a small church in a shopping center in California and seeing their Vision was to reach the world and most of us would love to reach the world.  They had placed a map on the wall and they were confessing and believing and that small group of about twenty-five people wasn't doing anything to reach their own neighborhood. Less than six months later the Pastor left the church and came up with another vision.

I am simple where this is concerned, the clouds have never opened for me to see a vision. I have never heard a voice come down from heaven.  I have never had a Donkey speak to me.  I have never seen a burning bush unless it was the ones I burned when we had ten acres to maintain a few years back.

Now, I have had a word of personal prophecy from my Pastor and other men of God on several occasions who have said that we would reach thousands for Jesus in our ministry.

So here is what we are up to with our Vision.  Yes we to want to reach the world for Jesus.  That world is where ever we are ministering at the time.  We want to be where God wants us to be, and be there at the right time so we can be more effective with our ministries time and money.  Why not pray for people that are ripe and ready for the harvest. It sounds pretty simple doesn't it.

We decided and felt led to answer every call to come and minister, and believe me the calls haven't stop coming in. We then prayed about who we should reach out to and who it is we should approach.  Psalms 127 - Unless the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it.  This is what we didn't want to do.  We didn't want to build a ministry horizontally, we wanted to make sure that every step we made was ordered of the Lord.  Maybe in one of our newsletters we will tell you all of the things that devil has done to try and stop us from going forward.  How do we know it's the devil.  It is to obvious.
